The Seymours are Adopting!: It takes a village

Once upon a time, a boy in the Army, and a single mom in College, met for the first time.
It was the Cliché love at first sight. It exists, love at first sight.

After six years together, and three years of wedded bliss, they realized that their family of four was still missing something. A baby girl.

Years of trying to make this happen biologically took a toll. They held their only biological daughter, who passed away from a concealed placental abruption at 38 weeks, and wondered what their future held.

Seven losses, including ectopic pregnancies that partially ruptured her left tube, and the loss of their daughter, set in the premise that it was completely unsafe for them to continue their journey of growing their family biologically. After all, She was adopted. Their family had a beautiful history with adoption. Why not add that into their family tapestry?

Join this family as they face the struggle of balancing a new home, finances, homeschooling, military life, and the lengthy process of adoption.

It takes a village to raise a child. Will you join this village?
